  • Experience in high volume production and catering
  • Knowledge of cost control methods
  • Ability to lead and manage a kitchen team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account

  • Oversee all safety and sanitation protocols
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary associates
  • Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to develop innovative food programs
