Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 3 years of culinary management experience
  • proven leadership skills
  • strong communication abilities
  • ability to manage large teams
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • experience with budget management

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • experience working in a higher education culinary environment
  • strong understanding of campus dining operations
  • 3-5 years of culinary management experience
  • proven success in high-volume production and catering environments
  • experience managing cost controls
  • strong desire to grow within a leading foodservice organization

Job Duties

  • Manage cost controls and overall account expenditures
  • plan and develop all menus
  • purchase and manage inventory
  • implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams
  • oversee a team of 150+ associates across multiple locations
  • ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • lead high-volume production and catering operations
