Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years experience as an Executive Chef in a full-service restaurant
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of Italian cuisine preparation
  • commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
