Job Requirements

  • Education equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in high-volume culinary leadership
  • Proficient knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Demonstrated skills in menu innovation, cost management, and inventory control
  • Ability to lead, train, and develop kitchen staff
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume Executive Chef role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
  • Experience with menu development, food costing, and inventory management
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse culinary team

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute innovative menus while maintaining food cost efficiency
  • Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance and teamwork
  • Manage inventory, vendor relations, and food purchasing
  • Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless dining experience
  • Maintain financial accountability through cost control and budgeting
