Job Requirements
- 10+ years of culinary leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years as Executive Chef or similar role
- Experience in large event catering and premium hospitality
- Ability to develop diverse culinary menus
- Leadership skills for managing multi-unit kitchens
- Knowledge of food and labor cost control
- Familiarity with kitchen technology and POS systems
- Understanding of food safety and HACCP protocols
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Texas
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Job Qualifications
- 10+ years of culinary leadership experience
- At least 5 years in an Executive Chef or high-level culinary management role
- Experience in large-scale event catering, premium hospitality, and entertainment venue food service
- Strong culinary vision and creativity with diverse menu development skills
- Exceptional leadership managing high-volume, multi-unit kitchen operations
- Expertise in food and labor cost controls, menu engineering, and operational efficiency
- Proficient with kitchen technology, POS systems, and high-traffic venue workflows
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP protocols, and sustainability practices
- Experience launching new food and beverage concepts is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Must live near or be willing to relocate to Texas
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong time management and delegation abilities
- Ability to consistently produce high-volume meals for multiple service times per day
Job Duties
- Develop and execute multi-tiered culinary programs spanning high-end hospitality and large-scale concessions
- Curate seasonal, on-trend menus balancing premium experiences and approachable fare
- Ensure consistency and quality across all food offerings from luxury dining to concessions
- Lead and manage a large culinary team across multiple venues
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for foodservice operations
- Oversee catering menus production for corporate events, suites, and event days
- Manage food cost and labor budgets while maintaining quality offerings
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source premium ingredients
- Recruit, train, and mentor sous chefs, kitchen managers, and culinary staff
- Lead pre-shift meetings and tastings to ensure staff knowledge and engagement
- Oversee inventory control, purchasing, and vendor negotiations
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability
- Provide ongoing training in food preparation, presentation, and safety
- Ensure kitchen operations align with food waste reduction and sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with POS team to optimize kitchen service speed
- Perform other related duties as needed
