Job Requirements

  • four plus years of kitchen management experience
  • five plus years of cooking experience
  • college degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • good knowledge of sanitation standards and proper food preparation
  • ability to understand and accomplish financial goals
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • proven leadership and training ability
  • willingness to set high kitchen standards by example
  • physical stamina to stand long periods and lift heavy weights
  • availability to work extended hours in varying temperature conditions
