Job Requirements
- four plus years of kitchen management experience
- five plus years of cooking experience
- college degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
- good knowledge of sanitation standards and proper food preparation
- ability to understand and accomplish financial goals
- ability to communicate effectively
- proven leadership and training ability
- willingness to set high kitchen standards by example
- physical stamina to stand long periods and lift heavy weights
- availability to work extended hours in varying temperature conditions
