Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • culinary degree preferred
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • experience managing cost controls
  • ability to oversee large-scale food production
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
  • effective leadership and communication skills
  • willingness to comply with company policies and standards

Job Duties

  • Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
  • plan and create all menus
  • purchase and manage inventory
  • roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • oversee safety and sanitation compliance
  • lead and manage a culinary team
  • collaborate with hospital staff to meet patient nutrition and dietary requirements
