Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three to five years of culinary management experience
- experience in high volume production and catering
- knowledge of cost control procedures
- ability to lead a team effectively
- strong organizational skills
- ability to comply with food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
- plans and creates all menus
- purchases and manages inventory
- rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
- oversees all safety and sanitation related to the dining account
- leads and manages a team of culinary associates
- ensures compliance with healthcare dining standards
