Job Requirements
- Passion for culinary arts with a desire for creativity and a strong production culinary background, ideally in healthcare or retail setting
- Ability to develop trust and build strong client relationships while meeting client and company expectations
- 3-5 years of Executive Chef level experience
- Exceptional professional communication skills
- Hands-on, innovative leadership approach to management
- Passion for high-level customer service and relationship orientation
- Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions within company guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing food service operations budget
- Knowledgeable in compliance to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Minimum education requirement: associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum management experience: 2 years
- Minimum functional experience: 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

- Minimum 3-5 years of Executive Chef level experience in a recognized setting, concept, or company
- Demonstrated experience supervising a culinary team and exceptional human resource and supervisory/management skillset

Job Duties
- Lead, mentor, train, and inspire the culinary team across IL, AL, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing
- Create and execute menus that reflect resident preferences, nutritional needs, and elevated dining standards
- Continue to grow and enhance the Latitude Bistro with creative offerings, chef-forward experiences, and seasonal specials
- Oversee food production planning, recipe compliance, cost control, and forecasting
- Ensure all kitchens and service areas meet the highest standards of sanitation, food safety, and regulatory compliance
- Actively engage with residents through tastings, feedback sessions, dining committee, and special events
- Partner with the Multi-Service General Manager and leadership team to support a strong hospitality culture
