Job Requirements
- Minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum management experience - 2 years
- minimum functional experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- passion for culinary arts with creativity and strong production culinary background, ideally in healthcare or retail setting
- ability to develop trust and build strong client relationships
- experience supervising a culinary team and supervisory/management skills
- 3-5 years executive chef level experience in a recognized setting
- exceptional professional communication skills
- hands-on, innovative leadership approach
- customer service and relationship oriented
- ability to work independently and make sound business decisions
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- strong financial acumen
- knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Spanish language skills helpful
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of executive chef level experience in a recognized setting, concept, or company
- experience supervising a culinary team with exceptional human resource and supervisory management skills

Job Duties
- Lead, mentor, train, and inspire the culinary team across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing
- create and execute menus that reflect resident preferences, nutritional needs, and elevated dining standards
- continue to grow and enhance the Latitude Bistro with creative offerings, chef-forward experiences, and seasonal specials
- oversee food production planning, recipe compliance, cost control, and forecasting
- ensure all kitchens and service areas meet the highest standards of sanitation, food safety, and regulatory compliance
- actively engage with residents through tastings, feedback sessions, dining committee, and special events
- partner with the multi-service general manager and leadership team to support a strong hospitality culture
