Job Requirements

  • Ability to learn, grow, and evolve
  • experience leading a full scratch kitchen in a senior living or similar environment
  • ability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs
  • ability to lead a kitchen team to timely flawless dish execution
  • must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • willingness to comply with COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, and personal protective equipment guidelines as required
  • passionate about service and creating exceptional dining experiences

Job Qualifications

  • Experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an executive chef, kitchen manager, or executive sous chef
  • proven ability to craft seasonal and guest-focused menus
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • knowledgeable in cost management for food, labor, and products
  • excellent communication and relationship skills
  • passion for hospitality and exceptional food experiences
