Job Requirements
- 2+ years of prior experience in a culinary environment as a chef
- Experience managing employees under collective bargaining agreements preferred
- Experience working in banquet kitchen or high-volume restaurant preferred
- Experience in luxury or fine-dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of health sanitation and safety regulations

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of health sanitation and safety standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced high-pressure environments
Job Duties
- Owns and oversees daily kitchen operations including fiscal budgets labor productivity scheduling inventory control guest service
- Executes policies and procedures oversees training programs ensures adherence to health sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Manages human resources responsibilities fostering a positive work environment promoting teamwork performance feedback compliance with company policies and diversity commitments
- Interacts with guests to ensure satisfaction and product quality addressing complaints and feedback appropriately
- Collaborates with divisional directors and kitchen teams for seamless product delivery maintaining high knowledge of the property’s food and beverage products
- Develops and innovates menus to meet high standards and guest expectations
- Supervises kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and efficient service
