Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a culinary management role
  • Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement
  • Preferred experience includes working in an upscale casual kitchen or a high-volume restaurant

Job Duties

  • Owns and oversees daily kitchen operations including fiscal budgets labor productivity scheduling inventory control guest service
  • Executes policies and procedures oversees training programs and ensures adherence to health sanitation and cleanliness standards
  • Manages human resources responsibilities fostering a positive work environment promoting teamwork performance feedback and compliance with company policies and diversity commitments
  • Interacts with guests to ensure satisfaction and product quality addressing complaints and feedback appropriately
  • Collaborates with divisional directors and kitchen teams for seamless product delivery maintaining high knowledge of the property’s food and beverage products
