Job Requirements
- Associate degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of culinary leadership experience
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and production processes
- Ability to work flexible hours including days and evenings
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of food trends, production, sanitation, and cost controls
- Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice environments
- Catering experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Develop and execute menus in accordance with established guidelines
- Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff on food preparation, safety, sanitation, and equipment use
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient kitchen, storage, and work areas
- Manage inventory of food and supplies to meet operational needs while controlling costs
- Oversee production to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Support catering and special event execution as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
