Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years of culinary leadership experience
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and production processes
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days and evenings
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of food trends, production, sanitation, and cost controls
  • Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice environments
  • Catering experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute menus in accordance with established guidelines
  • Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff on food preparation, safety, sanitation, and equipment use
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient kitchen, storage, and work areas
  • Manage inventory of food and supplies to meet operational needs while controlling costs
  • Oversee production to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
  • Support catering and special event execution as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
