Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years progressive kitchen leadership experience
- strong catering and batch cooking background
- proven hands-on chef experience
- knowledge of food trends, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation standards
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
- ServSafe certification preferred
- commitment to client satisfaction programs

Job Duties
- Plan menus aligned with company guidelines
- ensure consistency in recipes, portions, and presentation
- review production and waste logs
- train and coach staff on food preparation, safety, sanitation, and equipment use
- maintain cleaning, sanitation, and equipment schedules
- manage inventory and control food/non-food costs
- oversee use of leftovers in compliance with company policy
- ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- participate in departmental meetings, staff training, and development programs
