Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Extensive experience as an executive chef or in a comparable kitchen leadership position
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Proven ability to lead and inspire culinary teams
- Strong creative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to work a 50-55 hour work week
- Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen environment

- Proven executive chef experience or similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen
- Expert knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen management

Job Duties
- Inspire culinary excellence by leading and motivating the kitchen team
- Shape and develop innovative menus that align with the restaurant concept
- Oversee all kitchen operations including inventory, procurement, and cost control
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and efficient kitchen
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to foster professional growth and high performance
- Collaborate with management to meet financial and operational goals
- Represent and embody the brand with professionalism and creative flair
