Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years of kitchen management experience in high-volume or scratch-cooking concepts
- strong leadership skills
- ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- experience managing kitchen operations for events and large parties
- proven track record of maintaining consistency and pace in a busy kitchen
- bilingual in English and Spanish
