Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years of kitchen management experience in high-volume or scratch-cooking concepts
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
  • experience managing kitchen operations for events and large parties
  • proven track record of maintaining consistency and pace in a busy kitchen
  • bilingual in English and Spanish
