- Ability to travel 100% throughout the U.S.

Job Duties
- Lead and support culinary operations across residential dining, retail food outlets, catering services, athlete fueling programs, and campus dining environments
- Oversee menu planning and execution maintaining consistent quality and adherence to Sodexo standards
- Manage purchasing, inventory, production forecasting, and food cost analysis to support operational and financial goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and regulatory standards
- Utilize Sodexo's automated inventory, ordering, and production management systems
- Coach, mentor, and develop culinary team members fostering a collaborative kitchen culture
- Partner with campus and account leadership to enhance dining offerings and support sustainability initiatives
