Job Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years management experience
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in food services or operations
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time to assignments throughout the U.S.
  • Flexibility to work hours based on business needs
  • Valid, clean driver's license
  • Clear background check

Job Duties

  • Lead and support culinary operations across residential dining, retail food outlets, catering services, athlete fueling programs, and other campus dining environments ensuring an exceptional dining experience for students, clients, and guests
  • Oversee menu planning and execution, maintaining consistent quality, presentation, and adherence to Sodexo culinary and recipe standards
  • Manage purchasing, inventory, production forecasting, and food cost analysis to support operational and financial performance
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and regulatory standards
  • Utilize Sodexo's automated inventory, ordering, and production management systems to support efficient kitchen operations
  • Coach, mentor, and develop culinary team members to strengthen skills, encourage innovation, and foster a collaborative kitchen culture
  • Partner with campus and account leadership to enhance dining offerings, support sustainability initiatives, and align with client and student expectations
