- minimum of 5 years culinary leadership experience in upscale or private club environments
- proficiency in cost control and budget management
- strong knowledge of contemporary dining trends
- demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a diverse team
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
