Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 5 years experience in a professional culinary setting
- prior experience in a private club or resort environment preferred
- strong leadership abilities
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- legal authorization to work in the united states

- culinary arts degree or equivalent
