Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 5 years experience in a professional culinary setting
  • prior experience in a private club or resort environment preferred
  • strong leadership abilities
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • legal authorization to work in the united states

  • culinary arts degree or equivalent
  • strong leadership and team management skills

  • experience in menu development and food cost management

Job Duties

  • lead culinary operations and manage kitchen staff
  • develop innovative menus tailored to private club members and guests
  • ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
  • manage food cost control and inventory
  • collaborate with club management on dining experiences
  • train and mentor culinary team members
  • oversee catering and special event culinary services
