Job Requirements

  • Relevant culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • minimum of 5 years experience as an executive chef or in a similar leadership culinary role
  • proven track record in managing multiple dining venues
  • experience with budgeting and inventory management
  • strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor a team of talented chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
