Job Requirements

  • Education in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years experience as an executive chef or similar leadership role
  • demonstrated ability to lead and develop kitchen teams
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong budgeting and operational management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Proven experience as an executive chef in a luxury resort, high-end restaurant, or senior living community
  • expertise in diverse cuisines, menu planning, and large-scale kitchen operations

  • ability to manage budgets, costs, and vendor relationships
  • servsafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor a team of talented chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
  • design and execute creative, seasonal menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs
  • oversee multiple dining venues, from elegant dining rooms to casual cafes and private events
  • ensure top-tier food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • manage kitchen operations, including budgeting, inventory, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • collaborate with the hospitality team to enhance the overall resident experience
