Job Requirements
- Education in culinary arts or related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years experience as an executive chef or similar leadership role
- demonstrated ability to lead and develop kitchen teams
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong budgeting and operational management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties
- Lead and mentor a team of talented chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
- design and execute creative, seasonal menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs
- oversee multiple dining venues, from elegant dining rooms to casual cafes and private events
- ensure top-tier food quality, presentation, and consistency
- manage kitchen operations, including budgeting, inventory, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with the hospitality team to enhance the overall resident experience
