Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 5 years of executive chef experience in luxury dining or senior living
  • strong culinary skills across diverse cuisines
  • leadership experience managing kitchen staff
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
  • design and execute creative, seasonal menus
  • oversee multiple dining venues including fine dining rooms and casual cafes
  • ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • manage kitchen operations including budgeting and inventory
  • ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • collaborate with hospitality team to enhance resident experience
