Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years of executive chef experience in large scale hotels
- Proven ability to manage multi-outlet culinary programs with 30 million+ in F&B revenue
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting and cost controls
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation
Job Qualifications
- 6+ years experience as an Executive Chef or culinary director
- Proven background in high-end hotel or multi-outlet culinary environments
- Culinary degree a plus
- Any Forbes training is an advantage
- Strong financial acumen with expert knowledge of P&L management
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Creative and innovative menu development approach
- High standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
Job Duties
- Provide strategic oversight of multiple culinary outlets
- Ensure consistency, creativity, and operational excellence
- Manage costs, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
- Ensure all food meets the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop culinary team members
- Foster a culture of respect, fairness, recognition, and engagement
- Maintain ordering, inventory controls, and administrative systems
- Lead cost control initiatives including labor and food cost management
- Uphold safety and sanitation best practices in the kitchen
