- bachelor's degree or related culinary degree
- eight or more years of experience in culinary management
- strong leadership and management abilities
- proficiency in food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to manage in a diverse environment
- experience with food and labor cost control
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- capability to develop, train and retain kitchen staff
