Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or related culinary degree
  • eight or more years of experience in culinary management
  • strong leadership and management abilities
  • proficiency in food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to manage in a diverse environment
  • experience with food and labor cost control
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • capability to develop, train and retain kitchen staff

Job Qualifications

  • eight or more years of industry and culinary management experience
  • experience with controlling food and labor costs
  • expertise in menu development and pricing
  • ability to lead and develop culinary team
  • knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
  • experience in client and customer service
  • effective leadership and management skills
  • previous contract-managed service experience preferred
