Job Qualifications
- Proven success as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or resort
- Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service
- Proven ability to develop and lead a team
- Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to operational excellence
- Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression
Job Duties
- Lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality food
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
- Drive profitability through efficient kitchen operations
- Support the Culinary Development team to maintain menu execution standards
- Build top line sales and increase guest count by enhancing the team and guest experience
- Develop and mentor culinary team members
- Oversee kitchen operations in a high-volume upscale restaurant or resort setting
