  • Proven ability to develop team
  • Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
  • Stable job history showing upward career progression

Job Qualifications

  • Proven success as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or resort
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service
  • Proven ability to develop and lead a team
  • Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to operational excellence
  • Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression

Job Duties

  • Lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality food
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
  • Drive profitability through efficient kitchen operations
  • Support the Culinary Development team to maintain menu execution standards
  • Build top line sales and increase guest count by enhancing the team and guest experience
  • Develop and mentor culinary team members
