  • Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service
  • Proven ability to develop team members
  • Knowledge of operational systems and methods that contribute to great execution
  • Stable career history with evidence of progressive responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the culinary team to deliver high-quality dishes
