- education in culinary arts or related field preferred
- minimum 5 years experience in kitchen management
- proven leadership in high-volume upscale or resort culinary settings
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
