  • strong passion for culinary excellence

Job Duties

  • lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality and great tasting food
  • enforce proper food safety and sanitation procedures
  • contribute to building top-line sales and guest count through superior team member and guest experience
  • support the Culinary Development team to ensure menu items are executed with excellence
  • develop and mentor culinary team members
  • manage kitchen operations in a high-volume upscale or resort restaurant
  • maintain profitability and business performance
