Job Duties
- lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality and great tasting food
- enforce proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- contribute to building top-line sales and guest count through superior team member and guest experience
- support the Culinary Development team to ensure menu items are executed with excellence
- develop and mentor culinary team members
- manage kitchen operations in a high-volume upscale or resort restaurant
- maintain profitability and business performance
