Job Duties

  • lead and manage kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food delivery
  • implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • develop and mentor culinary team members
  • collaborate with the Culinary Development team on menu execution
  • control food costs and operational efficiencies to ensure profitability
  • enhance guest and team member experiences to drive sales and guest count
