Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- proven executive chef experience in fine dining or hotel settings
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- attention to detail and commitment to quality
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- five or more years of executive chef experience in a high-volume fine dining or hotel environment
- strong leadership and team management skills
- expertise in culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- experience in menu development and cost management
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service
Job Duties
- oversee kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality
- maintain consistency in food preparation across all menu items
- conduct regular staff evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control
- collaborate with management and other departments to enhance guest dining experience
- develop and innovate menu offerings aligned with customer preferences and trends
