Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • proven executive chef experience in fine dining or hotel settings
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • five or more years of executive chef experience in a high-volume fine dining or hotel environment
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • expertise in culinary techniques and kitchen operations
  • experience in menu development and cost management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service

Job Duties

  • oversee kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality
  • maintain consistency in food preparation across all menu items
  • conduct regular staff evaluations and provide constructive feedback
  • enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen
  • manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control
  • collaborate with management and other departments to enhance guest dining experience
  • develop and innovate menu offerings aligned with customer preferences and trends
