Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of executive chef or leadership experience in upscale or fine-dining restaurants
  • Demonstrated expertise in French culinary techniques
  • Ability to manage budgets and food cost controls
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
