Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to follow standardized recipes
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
  • Previous experience in food service management preferred
  • Food Service Sanitation Certificate as per state/local requirements
  • Ability to frequently climb, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily activities and personnel in the culinary service department
  • Ensure delivery of industry-leading culinary services
  • Maintain high quality standards across all food preparation and presentation
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence
  • Develop, implement and standardize recipes and menu items
  • Manage food safety compliance according to state and local regulations
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational workflow
