Job Requirements
- Minimum two years experience as an Executive Chef
- at least five years culinary experience in premium services
- certificate or degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications required
- strong financial and computer skills
- experience with P&Ls and budgeting
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- ability to work flexible hours
- excellent leadership and communication skills
Job Qualifications

- five years culinary experience in premium services, high-end restaurants, country clubs, or established catering and event companies
- certificate or degree in Culinary Arts preferred

- knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- proven leadership and team management abilities

Job Duties
- Hire, train, and mobilize kitchen and service teams
- develop and maintain recipes, portion specifications, and standard preparation procedures
- determine purchasing specifications and budgetary allotments for all menu items
- prepare operational reports highlighting progress, adverse trends, and recommendations
- maintain compliance with company and health department policies and standards
- manage invoice tracking, labor tracking, schedule preparation, food cost management, labor cost management, inventory control, and hiring, counseling, and termination policies
- ensure seamless execution and elevated guest experience in suite-level culinary operations
