Job Requirements
- associate degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience
- three to five years of progressive culinary and kitchen management experience
- strong background in high volume complex foodservice operations
- hands on chef leadership experience
- institutional or batch cooking experience preferred
- catering experience a plus
- knowledge of food trends cost control sanitation and presentation standards
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and general computer systems
- servsafe certification preferred

Job Duties
- oversee daily kitchen and evening bar operations ensuring quality consistency and presentation standards
- manage and execute the Night Bar Program and Dinner on the Go program across cafes
- develop and execute regular and specialty menus aligned with company programs and client expectations
- follow standardized recipes portion controls and production processes
- complete production sheets and waste logs monitor food quality and taste finished products
- train and develop kitchen staff on food preparation equipment use food safety and sanitation standards
- maintain cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment storage and work areas
- manage inventory to control food cost while ensuring product availability
- oversee proper utilization of leftover products within company guidelines
- ensure compliance with federal state and local health and safety regulations
- follow company safety policies and reporting procedures
- provide occasional support to the PM Catering team as needed
- participate in meetings and professional development initiatives
