Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5 million or more
  • strong leadership skills
  • solid understanding of back-of-house daily operations
  • knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and kitchen leadership
  • proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
  • passion for hospitality and quality guest experiences
  • availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
