Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5 million or more
- strong leadership skills
- solid understanding of back-of-house daily operations
- knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and kitchen leadership
- proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
- passion for hospitality and quality guest experiences
- availability to work 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
