  • at least 4 years of culinary experience
  • at least 2 years in a management role preferred

Job Duties

  • offers a wide variety of culinary solutions to meet customer and client needs and tastes
  • oversee and manage culinary operations to meet production, presentation, and service standards
  • apply culinary techniques to food preparation and manage final presentation and service of food
  • ensure culinary production aligns with the Executional Framework
  • train and manage culinary and kitchen employees to use best practice food production techniques
  • coach employees by creating shared understanding of goals and methods
  • reward and recognize employees
  • plan and execute team meetings and daily huddles
  • complete and maintain all staff records including training, shift checklists, and performance data
  • develop and maintain effective client and guest rapport
  • interact directly with guests daily
  • aggregate and communicate regional culinary and ingredient trends
  • deliver food and labor targets
  • focus on margin improvement by analyzing performance metrics, data, orders, and inventory trends
  • ensure efficient execution and delivery of all culinary products in line with daily menu
  • maintain integrity of standard food offerings ensuring quality and safety
  • comply fully with Operational Excellence fundamentals including waste management and labor standards
  • understand supply chain and procurement processes
  • ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
  • ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, occupational and environmental safety policies
  • comply with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations including safety, health, and wage and hour
