Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of culinary experience including leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume, multi-outlet operation
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local health and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to Hilton's values and leadership principles
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in executive chef or senior culinary leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to create innovative menus aligned with market trends
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
- Exceptional communication and guest interaction abilities
- Relevant culinary education or certification preferred
Job Duties
- Direct and oversee all culinary operations including production, food quality, safety compliance, team performance, policies implementation, and cost control
- Create and implement new menus reflecting food trends and regional tastes in partnership with Director of Food and Beverage
- Interact with guests and clients to monitor satisfaction, address issues, and improve service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Manage general duties like budget forecasting, reporting, department management, and meeting participation
- Develop team member performance through supervision, training, scheduling, counseling, and recognition
- Recruit, interview, and train culinary team members
