Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to manage large kitchen teams and multiple food outlets
- Proficiency in menu development and implementation
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Direct and oversee all culinary operations including meal production, food quality and presentation, safety and sanitation compliance, team productivity and performance, policy implementation, cost controls, and profitability
- Create and implement new menus and individual items in partnership with Director of Food and Beverage based on current food trends and regional tastes
- Interact with guests and clients to monitor satisfaction, address issues, and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Perform general management duties including systems management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, department management, and meeting participation
- Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
- Recruit, interview, and train team members
