Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • proficiency in food safety and sanitation standards
  • knowledge of cost control and inventory management
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership abilities
  • willingness to learn and grow with the company

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • high volume production and catering experience
  • previous experience managing cost controls
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account
  • plan and create all menus
  • purchase and manage inventory
  • roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and the culinary team
  • oversee all safety and sanitation standards for the account
  • lead and manage a team of culinary associates
  • ensure high volume production and catering operations run smoothly
