- High volume production and catering experience
- Previous experience managing cost controls

Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team of nine kitchen professionals ensuring culinary excellence and operational efficiency
- Oversee all safety and sanitation standards across the account
- Deliver exceptional catering services from simple sandwich platters to high-end Board of Directors events
- Manage cost controls and expenditures for the account
- Plan and create all menus
- Purchase and manage inventory
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
