Job Requirements
- 6 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary workplace language
- Capability to create marketing strategies and promotional menu items
- Maintain a positive attitude and serve as a leader on the hotel leadership group

- Minimum 6 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- Proven leadership and team development abilities
- Ability to create marketing strategies and promotional menu items

Job Duties
- Responsible for the development and enhancement of the food product presented to guests
- Maintain quality and consistency of food delivery and standards
- Lead and develop culinary staff through selection, training, and performance appraisal
- Oversee food preparation and coordinate cooks and kitchen workers
- Develop and implement purchasing and receiving guidelines
- Manage department controllable expenses including food costs and supplies
- Communicate safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety codes
