Job Requirements
- 6 years of experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Ability to create marketing strategies and promotional menu items with Chef to increase business volumes
- Must have a positive attitude at all times and serve as a leader on the hotel's Leadership Group
Job Qualifications

- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
- Experience creating marketing strategies and promotional menu items
- Proven leadership skills with ability to train and develop staff
- Strong communication skills in the primary workplace language
Job Duties
- Responsible for the development and enhancement of the food product presented to guests
- Maintain quality of food product and ensure consistency in food delivery and standards
- Lead culinary staff through selection, training, development, and performance management
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and food preparation workers
- Develop and implement purchasing and receiving control procedures
- Establish and manage departmental goals including performance and budget
- Communicate and enforce safety procedures and standards
