Job Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts
  • Minimum of ten years' experience in full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
  • Knowledge of food industry trends
  • Ability to manage multiple venues or campuses
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local food safety regulations

  • Minimum of ten years' experience in a related food service environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple dining venues and campus production team
  • Ensure cross utilization of products and quality of food items
  • Manage budgeted menus and inventory costs
  • Order food and non-food items
  • Enforce food safety regulations
  • Create recipes and coordinate kitchen operations
  • Coordinate recruitment, retention, and engagement of team members
