Job Requirements
- 3 plus years of culinary experience preferably as a chef in a similar size operation with supervisory experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to safely operate complex food preparation machinery
- Ability to work in confined spaces and extreme temperature environments
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Must be able to comply with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point of sale systems
- Ability to supervise large staff and accomplish goals
- Artistic ability for menu and event presentation
Job Duties
- Manage culinary staff including hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling
- Ensure proper food planning, preparation, production, and control
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company quality standards
- Develop and implement new menus and banquet themes
- Monitor food costs, conduct inventory, and control labor
- Enforce safety procedures and cleanliness throughout kitchen areas
- Foster team performance and continuous improvement
