Job Requirements
- 10 years overall culinary experience in established restaurants or catering companies
- At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef in high-volume, fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with authentic Italian cuisine
- Culinary Arts degree or certification preferred
- ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications required
- Strong proficiency in financial management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
- Proven leadership skills
- Flexible schedule to meet demands of a dynamic, high-profile restaurant

Job Duties
- Lead, inspire, and develop kitchen and service teams to uphold the highest standards of excellence
- Design and execute seasonal menus reflecting authentic Italian culinary traditions and creative vision
- Manage recipe development, portion specifications, and preparation procedures aligned with budgetary goals
- Oversee purchasing, inventory control, food and labor cost management, and operational reporting
- Ensure compliance with health department regulations and company policies
- Manage profit and loss statements, budgeting, and scheduling
- Foster continuous improvement, mentorship, and team development
- Provide coaching and career development guidance to culinary team
