Job Requirements
- 10 years overall culinary experience in established restaurants or catering companies
- at least 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
- deep knowledge and hands-on experience with authentic Italian cuisine
- culinary arts degree or certification preferred
- ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications required
- strong proficiency in financial management, Microsoft Office Suite, and POS systems
- proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire teams effectively
- flexible schedule to meet the demands of a dynamic, high-profile restaurant

Job Duties
- Lead, inspire, and develop kitchen and service teams to uphold the highest standards of excellence
- design and execute seasonal menus that reflect authentic Italian culinary traditions while showcasing your creative vision
- manage recipe development, portion specifications, and preparation procedures in alignment with budgetary goals
- oversee purchasing, inventory control, food and labor cost management, and operational reporting
- ensure full compliance with health department regulations and company policies
- utilize financial acumen to manage P&Ls, budgeting, and scheduling
- foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentorship, and team development
- provide regular coaching to the culinary team, nurturing their growth while thinking strategically about their future career aspirations within the company
