Job Requirements
- 10 years overall culinary experience in established restaurants or catering companies
- At least 5 years as an Executive Chef in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with authentic Italian cuisine
- Culinary Arts degree or certification preferred
- ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications required
- Proficiency in financial management, Microsoft Office Suite, and POS systems
- Strong leadership and coaching ability
- Flexible availability for varied shifts

Job Duties
- Lead inspire and develop kitchen and service teams to uphold the highest standards of excellence
- Design and execute seasonal menus that reflect authentic Italian culinary traditions while showcasing your creative vision
- Manage recipe development portion specifications and preparation procedures in alignment with budgetary goals
- Oversee purchasing inventory control food and labor cost management and operational reporting
- Ensure full compliance with health department regulations and company policies
- Utilize financial acumen to manage P&Ls budgeting and scheduling
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement mentorship and team development
- Provide regular coaching to the culinary team nurturing their growth while thinking strategically about their future career aspirations within the company
